Both condos are located in the 10-story Waterpointe II Building. The first digit of each condo number is its floor number (4th and 5th, respectively). The Waterpointe II complex provides both parking and direct beach access for all guests.
Note: Both of the condos are non-smoking units, but smoking is allowed on condo balconies and in the outside hallways. Additionally, pets and motorcycles are prohibited on Waterpointe II grounds.
